Who we are
Antalya Health Consulting ("we", "us") is a patient coordination and travel service based in Antalya, Türkiye. This policy explains how we handle personal data you share with us through this website, by phone, or via WhatsApp, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, country, the treatment you are interested in, and any information you include in your message. If you share photos or medical history for a treatment plan, these are collected solely to prepare your plan.
Why we use it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a personal treatment plan with the relevant licensed clinic, and organise your travel and stay. Health-related information is processed only with your explicit consent and shared only with the clinic that will assess or provide your treatment.
Sharing
Your details are shared with partner clinics and hospitals only as needed to prepare your treatment plan, and with service providers (such as hotels and transfer companies) only as needed to organise your stay. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and meet legal obligations. You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us at info@antalyahealthconsulting.com.
